Permit Application Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with all building permit applications, approval procedures, and license applications during the project development and construction process;
- Responsible for organizing, compiling, and submitting the materials required by government agencies, and following up on the approval process;
- Assist in coordinating with relevant government departments and agencies, including those responsible for natural resources, urban planning, housing and urban-rural development, fire safety, electricity, and water supply;
- Responsible for organizing, filing, and managing project application materials, approval documents, and archives;
- Assist with outreach and coordination matters related to the project development process;
- Responsible for drafting, translating, and distributing various types of correspondence, application documents, and meeting minutes;
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
- Associate's degree or higher; preference will be given to candidates with degrees in engineering management, civil engineering, architecture, public administration, or related fields;
- At least one year of experience in building permit applications, administrative liaison, or related fields; candidates with experience in the real estate or construction industries will be given preference;
- Familiar with government agency procedures and possess strong communication and coordination skills;
- Proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Burmese; possesses strong written English skills; able to independently draft Burmese and English correspondence, application materials, and emails;
- Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Diligent and meticulous in work, highly responsible, with strong execution skills and the ability to learn quickly;
- Able to handle fieldwork and communication and coordination with government agencies.
