The lease term for the Jade Bay project is 50 years. Upon expiration, the lease may be renewed twice, for 10 years each time, for a total extension of 20 years, bringing the maximum term to 70 years.

The Jade Bay project accepts both cash and bank transfers, and offers options for full payment or installment plans of up to three years to accommodate the financial needs of different customers.

Buildings 1 and 2 of Emerald Bay have officially received their BCCs (Building Completion Certificates) from the YYC Development Corporation (YCDC). The project has passed all relevant inspections and is now legally ready for occupancy.

The "Peace of Mind" service fee is charged based on the lease term:

  • Sign a 6-month lease and pay only half a month's rent as a service fee
  • For a 1-year lease, we charge one month's rent as a service fee.
